May 17, 2009: Vikas Chugh provided the ideal platform for a huge CSCC total of 238 runs that setup a convincing win over FCCC. Vicky was promoted to open the inning with Kervyn. His aggressive approach was an eye opener and made him the new find at the #2 spot. Vicky ripped apart the bowling and hit five boundaries in his brief stay. When he departed, missing a swinging Nadeem Yorker, he had scored 30 of the 44 runs on board at a strike rate of 120. This inning was the start of a fearful opening pair that demolished many teams in the next few seasons.
