June 18, 2005: Being CSCC's opening batsman, Aravind Giri played to his strengths in playing out the FCCC opening bowlers. Aravind's 12 runs off 54 balls included a valiant fightback after taking a couple blows from Rajesh. When his other partners fell quickly and cheaply, he stood tall holding onto one end to keep the scoreboard trickling, and allowed his team OWCC, now CSCC, to build up to a respectable total.
