Quarter-Final 1
Sunday 5/6/2012 Orchards vs MileHigh Mavericks at Lower Garden Acres,Longmont - Reported by Manoj Gangwar(Orchards)
The 2nd qrtr final match between Orchards and Milehigh Mavericks was played on 6th May 2012 at Longmont cricket ground.
Mavericks winning the toss and electing to field.Milehigh were accurate with their starting bowlers. Got their first wicket in second over . Anand and Imran did the most damage.
There were brisk partnerships between them which helped the Orchards reach a defendable score of 103 for longmont ground in 16 overs for the loss of 5 wkts.
Mavericks lost opening partner cheaply runout by Manoj however Sunny and Indranil kept the chase on course.
Indra scooped the six over extra cover, walked across the crease to launch another six at fine leg.
However the Orchards bowlers at their elegant best by stopping the Mavericks for a score of 73 for the loss of 10 wickets.Orchards won the match by 30 runs moving into the semi finals.

Saturday 5/5/2012 WyoCC vs Spartans at Country Field Park,Erie - Reported by Amit Thakar(WyoCC)
Spartans won the toss and elected to field first. Nishant and Sharker played well in the first few overs to give WyoCC a good start. After the initial overs, Thushara and Nishant put on a strong partnership building up a good platform for a big score. At the end of the 16 overs, WyoCC had a total of 107 for the loss of 7 wickets. Nishant, the star with the bat scored a ruthless 52 which included 8 boundaries. Sridhar and Sandeep bowled well for the Spartans taking 3 and 2 wickets respectively.
The Spartans started the innings off commandingly with some excellent batting from Sridhar. After his departure, Mohan and Keshav steadied both the innings and run rate with sensible stroke play. After the innings break, WyoCC bowlers came back strongly taking the set batsman out in the same over turning the match towards their advantage. The fielders backed up the bowlers extremely well and restricted the strong batting line-up of the Spartans to 99 runs. Mohan and Keshav top-scored for the Spartans with 17 and 26 runs respectively. Everyone chipped in with wickets for WyoCC with Kasun, Nishant and Amit taking 2 wickets a piece.
Nishant Lakhera was named man of the match for his 52 runs with 8 boundaries and 2 wickets for 16 runs in his allotted 4 overs.

Quarter-Final 4
Sunday 5/6/2012 Royal Warriors vs Denver Indians at Lower Garden Acres,Longmont - Reported by Madanraj Jothi(Royal Warriors)
Royal Warriors won the toss and elected to field.Denver Indians failed to build big partnership between wickets; they end up in scoring 70 in 16 overs with the loss of 9 wickets. Ravi Shankar took 5 wickets in 4 overs.
Royal Warriors had a great start in the match; they lost their opening partnership at 45 runs and at the end of 8 over, these helped royal warriors to win the match easily.
