While we watch another amazing cricketing season coming to an end, EC and CACU are working hard planning off field activities to get everything in order for next year.

The CCL AGM will be held in Denver on Saturday Nov 18th from 4 to 6 pm followed by award ceremony and dinner. Please extend this communication to you teams and mark this on your calendar.

Venue:
Yak and Yeti Restaurant & Event Center
9755 E Hampden Ave, Denver, CO 80231

AGM, prize ceremony and subsequent dinner is for CCL players ONLY. Unfortunately , with budgetary restrictions, we could not extend the invitation to families. Hopefully, we can attract more sponsorship next year which would enable us to expand this event.

The AGM is a very important event in our CCL calendar. It is where we decide who our leaders are going to be and what our cricket is going to look like. It is where we honor our cricketers on their achievements. It is where we take a look at what happened during the year and what we can do to make us better.
We rely on clubs to take responsibility and convey importance of attending AGM and encourage members to attend. With good participation, having differing opinions and good debates in AGM have helped us as a league to sustain and progress. once again, I humbly request each club on behalf of EC to attend the AGM with maximum participation.

Important notes :

Please consider this as an official invitation to all the clubs to put forward your proposals that will be discussed and voted upon at the AGM. Think thoroughly and be precise with your proposals with expected outcome. Please send in your proposals at your earliest convenience. Agenda will be published a week prior to the AGM.

This year, we are planning to host our sponsors for prize distribution ceremony and dinner. We request and looking for maximum participation from each club. Letís show them how much we appreciate their sponsorship.

Shortly, CCL-EC will initiate separate thread requesting count of members attending the event so we can plan the logistics in better way.
